Crash issues with version 18.1.20.206

Over the past few days, my paid version 18.1.20.206 has been crashing when attempting to download a video from YouTube or Bitchute. The issue replicates regardless of the browser in use: i.e. Chrome, Brave, Firefox, etc. I have checked and recheck that I have the most current updates for my version 18.1.20.206. Once the program crashes I get a fix notice to check online for repair. When I click to check for a fix, the program shuts down and I cannot reopen the program. I have to restart my computer to get the program to work again, then the program crashes after one or two video downloads. I DONOT want to upgrade to V.2020. Is there an explanation of the possible cause for this sudden crash issue with v.18.1.20.206?

  Something might have gone wrong with the installation of RealPlayer. Please follow the steps from this link to reinstall.
