No video to download on this page

I payed for the real player A-S00XXXX But does not work. When try to download a movie the message is "No video to download on this page"

I deleted already the search history, restarted numerous time, did not help.

There is video on YouTube page also free to watch. Sometimes need to click on the download arrow 50 times and than starts to download it.

Downloader version is the newest  18.1.20.206

Please help how to fix it, or I have to cancel payment.

  the dang downloader is still down i tried the same thing but it din't do a thing help me out here man pleaese

  We see you have an active RealPlayer v.2020. Please uninstall your current version and install the latest version from www.real.com.

  Once you have installed the latest version, please update the Downloader version by following these instructions.

  This should fix your issue.

  I'm having the same exact problem, uninstalled and reinstalled and it let me Download 2 videos and after that I started getting the same thing again. Fix It. Make people happy!   Thank U   CB

  Tyler & Candace,

  We fixed the issue just now.

  Can you please follow these steps:

  1. Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
  2. Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
  3. Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.
