Download box does not show

When I point to the middle top of the screen with the pointer the download box does not appear.

  Can you please let me know which web browser you are using? And what language is the web browser set to? 

  Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer?

  English. Google chrome. I don't see restart on the list with help etc.

  You have the correct version but something is not right with the way it is installed. Please follow the instructions from the below link.

  Once you have reinstalled RealPlayer, please do restart your computer and try again. Please also try with a different browser.

  Hi, I did everything as you said even tried another browser. It still doesn't work!
