refund

I misunderstood the signing of the $39.99 and tried to cancel since I realized it two days ago, and tried to stop it but it said it was "pending" and tried to deal with card company but it also was pending.  Now that it has been processed I am trying to cancel it.

I would appreciate knowing that this is a good company.  I have not used any of its features, it has only been two days.

Please advise.  Thank you.

This is real nasty to deal with on our own.

Been there, done that.

something about requesting a refund, and found out the 39.99 was only good until the next release of real player, then you have to pay again. My Scenario was, paying 29.99 for the Real Downloader, and was told in the writing on the Advert for Real Downloader, it was a 1 time Charge, BANK said it was RECURRING Charge, Not 1 time. I was very upset. The Chase for the refund began. I was told by the Bank, I had to contact the Vender, Real Player. Real Player had a New York Number, with a Recording, (No Use to me). I had to Sign in from the Player, and contact Support, Led me to Here. I tried to retrieve the old email, I had deleted it, with the Confirmation of the Cancillation, to try to paste the info for you to contact the vender.

This is what I had to do:

I had to Sign into Real Player

GO to Subscriptions

Find the Premium Service You are Subscribed to, and find the word CANCIL, Click Cancil Subscription, and you will get the same email Confirming your Cancillation, you will be refunded, since it has not been 30 days or something. and this hassel will go away from you.

Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.

Cancelling an account doesn't automatically refund a charge. We are not sure where you are seeing that you would be automatically refunded. Looking at your account, we see that you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express on 1/8/2020 under your sbcglobal address. Looks like we sent you an email. Please respond to that to further troubleshoot your issue.
