E.Q. not working after paid upgrade

After I paid to upgrade, the 12 band equalizer is not operating at all- tried a re-install twice- no difference- If the E.Q. is not going to work, I  want a refund  ! R.A.K.

  Have you signed into RealPlayer? Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Plus features which includes the 10 Band equalizer. If not, please follow these steps.
