    When do you get this message? Is there a specific action you do when you get this "High Risk" message? Can you please send us a screenshot of this?

    Here are the before & after messages saying I need to update Real and the message saying I have to close the program. The program isn't open, so I don't know what it needs to close? Like all Real problems, I can't figure out how to attach the screenshots of this? I'll try it through my email program.

    You download Norton From the Norton website?

    Contact norton tech support.

    Real does not have anything likr High Risk updates.

    Sounds Dodgy.
