 I purchased RealPlayer Plus v16, order number 4005574757 on 11/14/2013

I recently upgraded my RealPlayer after receiving a notice from the company. However, I only received the basic player and I paid for the "Plus" version.

Please tell me how to get my old player back.

P.S. I can provide you the receipt if you need further proof of my purchase. Please do not keep sending me to the community forum. I need to be able to use the editing features I purchased when I downloaded RealPlayer.

On checking our records, I see that you have purchased RealPlayer Plus 16. We want to inform you that as RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions. Therefore we request you to update to RealTimes.

If you wish to install RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16, first you need to uninstall (alone) any existing version (if any) from your computer by following the article:

Once done, follow the below article to download the previous version of RealPlayer:

Now sign in to access the Plus features. To do so, follow the article:
