I paid for RealPlayer upgrade for $39.99 I rebooted my computer went to YouTube and went to RealPlayer it came up with the free software and asked me to upgrade when to the RealPlayer site it

shows “ We believe you are already a member of the following service, so we removed it from your order:”

I don’t to do now my is johncbuggy@gmail.com email address

  I know these Pitfalls well. I supposedly, understand that you paid, then, rebooted, and whilst it was booting up, you see a window open, with a notice to upgrade? 

  You got buggered, well. I fell into the same thing, and felt buggered, as you are now.

  1. NEVER UPGRADE after you've paid, UNLESS the downloader is UNUSABLE, and you have to, They gey you there.

  2. If you have to upgrade, Uninstall, and get the latest downloader, then pay, to upgrade.

  3. Never go for the updates, unless, its unusable, then upgrade.

  I know its a viciuos circle, I LEARNED THIS THE HARD WAY.
