Dear Person in charge.

RealPlayer 22 Express has been updated but cannot be used. How do I configure it so that I can use RealPlayer 22 Express? I am attaching a screen copy file as proof that it has been updated.

  Firstly, your paid account is under triiheianjingu@gmail.com while the email address you mention in this post is triiheanjingu@gmail.com which is a free account. If you look closely, there is an additional letter "i" in your email account that has the paid account. Therefore, you will need to sign into RealPlayer with triiheianjingu@gmail.com to activate your Downloader Express features. Here are instructions to sign in:
