subtitle download with plus 24

I've tried downloading videos from YouTube with subtitles, but for some reason I can't get them to work.... I have Real Player Plus 24.... The download shows the subtitle caption on bottom right of screen, but nothing happens when I press it.... I really need these as I'm very deaf....Can you help?....Please....

  First, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer. Signing in will activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  Secondly, please make sure Subtitles is checked as shown below.
