Unable to use my premium features of Realplayer 22 plus

Dear RealOne Player Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I've encountered with my RealOne Player account. Recently, my application was automatically updated to version 24, and since then, I have been unable to access the premium features of my 22 Plus subscription. I also can't use it in my Apple MacBook pro

As a loyal user, I rely heavily on these premium features, and their unavailability has caused significant inconvenience. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in restoring access to these features or providing guidance on how to resolve this issue.
