Real Player Plus 2024 does not downloading YouTube videos.

I just upgraded to Real Player Plus 2024 from last year version. Last year version stopped downloading YouTube videos. I though that new version, 2024 will do work. I was wrong, it is same thing. Every time I try to download, I get messasge "RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page".  I could not find a way to contact RealPlayer customer support. Was anyone able to resolve downloading issue?

  私も、ダウンロードできませんにイライラしています。回復をやって一時出来る様に成りましたが、昨日から又、出来なく成りました。

  I am also having the same problems.  Realplayer downloader has been working for many years but after I upgraded to 24 it has not worked - not even for the same links I previously downloaded.  RealNet please help - I paid $24.99 for this

  Thanks for the info. It will save me from wasting any more money on this app. I'm done with it. When I first bought it I thought it was to own. Turned out to be a "rental". So done with it. There are other apps that download YouTube videos and they do it for free.
