real downloader does not working in IE11

The "download this video" appears. When I click on it there is a long delay before the downloader appears. When it does it offers me to Upgrade, and asks me to sign in, but I cannot. Eventually "unable to download" appears.

I am signed in on Real Player OK and am already on Premium.

This happened just today. I have tried re-installing Real Player and resetting most of Internet Explorer.

  Does RealDownloader work on other browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge?

  You could also follow the instructions from this link to reinstall. These are with a few additional steps.

  Please note: Following these steps, you will have to recreate your playlists if you have right now.

  It works in Chrome. I am using Windows 7 so no Edge.

  Ok, thank you for replying. In this case, I suggest you reinstall RealPlayer to make it work on Internet Explorer, else you can use Google Chrome to download videos.
