 10 to 13 mbp now go down to 1 to 3 mbp ?? (1/10)

when done it won't let me convert MP4 to MP3 

let me know if I get better service i'm willing to pay .

  The maximum download speed on a free account will be 5MB. To get faster downloads, you will need to purchase RealPlayer Plus or RealPlayer Downloader Express.

  What happens when you convert the file to MP3? Any error message?

  I paid 4 Realplayer  plus not free and MP3 conversion please read my post carefully .
