    Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue.

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:
    3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.
    4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.
    5. Once completed, please restart computer.

    In addition, can you please confirm if you have the following file?

    File Name: downloader2.exe
    Folder: RealDownloader (C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealDownloader)

    This means that RealPlayer was not installed properly. Please follow these steps to reinstall RealPlayer.

    Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

    Sorry. Not real computer smart. I do have downloader2.exe. So that is not the problem.
