Real Player Locks up when trying to play any video. Have relaoded program several times with no fix to problem. Help!

Real player Locks up every time I try to play a video. Have uninstalled program and reinstalled it several times to no avail.

  I think it has to do with recent windows 10 update  which has a lot of probs , seems a lot of us  have  the same prob  ..only recently .. think its up to  realplayer/ Microsoft  to sort out
