DVD Burn- Video is black and white and slanted
Downloaded video plays fine in real player library. When I try to burn it to a dvd it is in black and white and slanted. This occurs on both my windows 7 and my window 10 PC's. It just started that last week and started on both PC's the same day. It does this with previous downloaded videos and with newly downloaded video. I have uninstalled and reinstalled real player and it still burns in black and white and slanted.
I am having the same issue. Windows 10. RealPlayer(tm) (win32) Version 18.104.22.168. DVD Burner Plugin 22.214.171.124.
All videos are MP4 format. Videos play fine with media player but 5 of 24 videos are black and white and slanted. Second attempt resulted in same 5 videos slanted, black and white. The last batch of 22 videos I burned on 10/2/18 seemed to work fine. No changes to system since last burn except suggested RealPlayer updates.
Looking forward to update and fix.

I am the one that originally reported the issue. I too am still having the same problem even after installing the latest updates. I tried downloading to a dvd today with the same result.

While engineers are investigating this issue, is there a possibility to provide download link to version that existed on or before Sept. 2018? I didn't have the issue at that time.
