    Please follow these instructions to resolve your playback issue.

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences.
    3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.

    - Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
    - Click OK twice to save the changes.
    - Close out of RealPlayer, restart it, and sign back in.
    - If this does not work, set Video Card Compatibility back to its default.

    Please send us a sample file you cannot play by following the steps from the below:

    To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:

    1. Go to https://tobor2.prognet.com/cgi-bin/incoming.cgi
    2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
    3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
    4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
    5. Click Send.


    We will review the file(s). If for some reason we have difficulty receiving the file, we will let you know.

    It appears that the email with the file attached is taking a while to send out. I do not know if the file will go through

    We received your file. We are able to play this video without any crashes.

    Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

    Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

    i keep getting this error message (A General Error has occurred)  "end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream",  when trying to burn a DVD:

    Please uninstall RealPlayer and reinstall our latest version from www.real.com that fixes this issue.

    If the issue persists, please start a new post.
