Unable to open Real Player after latest Windows 10 update

Windows tells me it can't find the link to open Real Player and also does not list Real Player as an option for playing downloaded music.  This started after the last windows update.  I have Norton but it was installed after the problem started.  I re-downloaded Real Player but that did not correct the issue.  The interesting thing is that downloader still works but I can't play what I downloaded.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Did the complete uninstall, restarted, installed from new download and Windows still tells me it can't find the program.
