Premium Reinstall
I recently had my Operating System reinstalled as part of a repair issue.The Real Player that comes onscreen is not the Premium Player that I originally had.The data lists my address as being in Seattle and I do not reside there.I did attempt to install Premium on another computer some time ago.Perhaps the error rests there.A few questions.Did you change prices on this service paticularly for premium?I seem to recall the price being a one time arrangement.Is the 49.99 listed for Premium taken every month or all at once?Direct contact with your customers would be better than these posts for communication.Please get back to me as quickly as possible.Any and all information would be helpful for me in considering if I should keep the service or not .Thank You.

You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your yahoo email address to activate your Premium features. Here are the instructions to sign in:

We looked at your account and don't see Seattle being mentioned. Also, we are in the process of retaining only the country name in the View My Data tool.
We have not made any changes to the price points. We have our RealTimes Premium (Monthly) plan selling at $4.99 per month. (This is the plan you have) and we have RealTimes Premium (Annual) plan selling at $49.99 per year.
