The last time you contacted us, we were able to ascertain the problem due to a conflict between your 2 display adapters. We had requested you to contact NVidia. We can go over the troubleshooting once again but we feel that you may have to contact NVidia to resolve your issue.
Would you be available for another remote session? A remote session will allow us to connect to your computer remotely and troubleshoot the issue for you.
