    my laptop's screen resolution is set at 1920 x 1080

    Also, is your display settings at 100% or more?

    Everything seems to be right. Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer?

    Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

    Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

    We are still investigating this issue. It seems to be rather strange because we have not encountered this ever and no one else has complained of this issue.

    Would you be able to send your Dxdiag report to help@real.com?

    To gather the Dxdiag report, please follow these steps:

    1. Click the Windows Start button.
    2. Click Run.
    3. Type in "dxdiag" (without quotes).
    4. Click OK.
    5. Once it loads, click Save All Information.
    6. Save the file named dxdiag.txt to your desktop and attach it to your email.
