    We see that you have an active RealTimes Premium plan under your email address. First, you need to ensure you have the latest version of RealPlayer installed. RealPlayer SP was a very old version and our current version is RealPlayer v.18. You can follow the instructions from the below link to make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer.

    Once you have the latest version of RealPlayer installed, you will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate the Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

    We see a free account under your email address. Do you have an alternate email address where you have your RealPlayer Plus under?

    I paid my money for my premiums an I can't use them.. you have no customer service.. support ....if I can't use my services I want my money refunded.. oh I will report you to the BBB..!!!

    We don't see a paid account under your email address. Please provide the email address you have your account so we can take a look at it.

    I paid for the upgraded plan to get the faster download speed for videos and I try to access and sign in and it doesn't give me the faster download speed can you help

    We don't see any paid account under your gmail address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer with the email address you used when making a purchase of RealPlayer.
