downloading videos from Youtube

Today I bought the 2020, & it downloaded.  I can't figure out how to d/l the videos I like on youtube.  I hit subscribe button, ask for channel, don't know what this means....HELP me, or I will have to get a refund on my credit card

  in the same boat, I was able to download one video from youtube, after that, no luck, can't download
