Free Realplayer Realdownloader stopped working
The free version of realplayer realdownloader was working fine but then stopped working. When I put in a url of the video to download, it recognizes the video but then has a pop showing me upgrade options like realdownloader express and other plans. When I close the popup, realplayerdownooader goes back to the page where ii can enter the video url buy does not download the video that I had already entered.
If I try to enter another url, I get the same upgrade popup.
Is there a limit on the usage of the free realdownloader? I understand the 10 Mbs limit and one video limit but the issue here is that it no longer works.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application on windows 10 but it still has the same problems.

No, there is no limitation on the number of videos you want to download as a free user. From your description, it looks like RealPlayer is stuck in some weird state. I understand that you uninstalled and reinstalled but following the instructions from this link will do a clean reinstall.
Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
If even after this you are being given the upgrade prompt, please let us know.
