I get this "OFFLINE.html appears. unable to sign in? Please help!!!

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  If the issue persists, please let us know.

  I have try over installing several times- I still can't sign in - the " offline. Html" keeps popping up

  I can get RealPlayer to initialize and download and see all the videos I have downloaded to my PC, but it says I have no videos shared to the cloud.  It doesn't show that I'm signed in and when I try to sign in I get the same offline.html message.

  Just Reinstall over the existing installation.

  It should solve the problem, if not re-contact Real Player, they will help.
