here's a thought. I've had the same loading freeze frame for some time. these clowns don't have a clue.. find a new downloader. one that works

your fix don't work still freezes on loading screen and stays there .. no thank you i'll stick to my new downloader at least it does the job real player can't

I agree their fix is for shit. tried many times still can't download a damn thing .. go to Microsoft store and get a music download app.. 100% better than this piece of shit
