Downloading video from web

In the days of Internet Explorer, I could play a video from the web on Real Player and whilst it was playing I could click on a pop-up box to download the video.  Now I cannot see how to do that as the pop-up box no longer appears.  How do I download  a video playing on Real Player now?

  Please follow the steps from this link to download videos within RealPlayer.
