Can not see my Phots or videos
After I downloaded the update for Real player 2020. I can not see any of my photos and only a few videos'. What can I do to se them again. My payment is up to date.

Are you using the same computer that had your photos and videos and are they saved in the PC's hard disk? If yes, you can follow the steps from this link.

If they are stored in the Cloud, you will need to sign into RealPlayer. Here are instructions to sign in:

No I have new computer and I downloaded Real player.

RealPlayer is a media player that shows the files in the library from the PC's hard disk. If you have a new computer, it will add the files stored in that PC. Since this is a new PC, our assumption is that you have all your files stored in your old PC. You will need to transfer them over from your old PC to your new PC so RealPlayer can see them.
We don't store any of your local files so installing it on a new PC will not automatically show up.

I tried to log into RealPlayer on my old PC and RealPlay said that I can not log in at this time and that I have to restart my PC. I restated my old PC and I get the same massage. So I can not transfer my files to my new PC. What should I do?

You don't need to sign into RealPlayer on your other computer to access your files. Anyway, to resolve the issue on your older computer, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
