Real Player Premium features

Hi, I am trying to use a couple of my Real Player features Like remove Duplicates but it keeps telling me to upgrade to plus. When I click on the Link it tells me that I already have this. I have tried to do the solutions listed in the forum but still nothing has changed.Tony

  I see a RealTimes Premium plan under your hotmail email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your paid features. Here are instructions to sign in:
