Download Speed Slow
So I've had Real Downloader for a while now (Free Version), but the download speeds was getting on my last nerve at 0.21 Mbps, I'm not even getting no where near 5 Mbps as advertise for the free version. So I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my package, and I was able to switch from 5 to unlimited and I'm still pulling the same slow speed as the free version, 0.21 Mbps, The video/music clip is only 30 Mb big and it's the longest download ever. I have Lightning 100 mbps from my ISP and I did a speed test and I'm pulling about 88 Mbps DL. I don't want to believe that I got ripped off, is there any possible way this can be fix? I also check for up dates and was able to update the latest software, but still no change. Help!

Can you please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer? Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Download Express features. Please use the email address associated with your account as your login.

I didn't purchase a Real Player Premium, I purchase the Real Downloader premium package ($24.99). I'm sign in on both Downloader and Player. Real Downloader is the subject in question and shows the option of D/L speed which I able to set to unlimited. Are you saying I need to purchase a Real Player Premium also?

If you are already signed in, yet see a slow download speed, it is quite possible that something is wrong with the installation.
Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
You don't need to buy the Premium or Plus. Your Downloader Express is good enough.

Yeah, that didn't work.... I do notice that Real never install in the 64bit (programs folder), it always default to the 32bit folder, and there's only 1 Download.
