downloader stopped working today 20/8/2025. Even pasting in url there is error message saying "this page cannot download video" on youtube. Update doesn't work now. Please fix. Youtube premium not useful as it only allows viewing of videos offline and cannot get the video into realplayer to burn to dvd

I made sure my downloader and all of my REAL is up to date and it is still saying that it cant download on this page when I put a link in to download. Im not going to spend money on upgrade if I cant even get it to work on the free version Please Help

Same issue here, however it started failing 8/19/2025, It worked great 8/18/2025, I get the same error message that it "can'tdownload from this page" here. My downloader started failing 8/19/2025, and still failing.

I have updated the realplayer program with the Downloader update and it still does not download videos. Only stopped working today. Unable to contact realplayer directly. Not sure if this community post will be actioned. The version Downloader version: 2025.6.30.0 is the one you download from website .

I am having the same issue with YouTube Videos. I was able to download YouTube videos Monday August 18, 2025 but when I tried to download one tonight, i am getting the error messages stating "RealPlayer cannot download videos from this page". I followed the instructions to update Real Player, but it states I have the latest version. My Real Downloader Version is 24.0.3.312. So I uninstalled Real Player, rebooted and then reinstalled Real Player. Clicked for updates and the Updater downloaded Real Downloader version 2025.8.11.0, I installed it and rechecked the version and it is still 24.0.3.312. It will not update to version 2025.8.11.0. The Downloader does work in Facebook but not in YouTube.

The post Michael Abt have brought in is in fact my same problem. It is very annoying as a customer when you have paid for a product and it obviously doesn't work at all.

I have followed your instructions above, and it keeps telling me I am update and please try again later. My Downloader is still at version 24.03.312. It will not update to the newest version you have listed. I have version 24 and do not get a message screen to uncheck anything after i click Check for Update. I am also do not have my VPN running.
