Did not receive email after accepting TrialPay offer

I responded to an offer to get RealPlayer Plus for free by trying another product or service through TrialPay. I did not get the promised email from RealNetworks--how do I get my free RealPlayer Plus?

In addition to a confirmation email for the product or service you purchased, you should receive one other email when taking advantage of this TrialPay offer: an email from TrialPay with instructions to confirm that you are able to access the Plus features.

If you did not receive the email from TrialPay, no need to worry--just follow these steps:

1. If you do not already have the free version of RealPlayer installed, you can download RealPlayer here.

2. Log in to RealPlayer to access your new Plus features, using the email and password you provided during your TrialPay transaction.

3. If you cannot log into your RealPlayer account, go to and enter the email address you used on your TrialPay order for RealPlayer. Click Reset Password.

4. You'll receive an email almost immediately with a link you can click to reset your password. (If you don't see the email from RealNetworks within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder in case your email program filed the message there.)

5. Open RealPlayer, the RealPlayer menu in the upper left, choose Sign in:


Sign in with your email address and password, and enjoy your RealPlayer Plus features!
