How to post in our Community
We encourage customers to post general product questions and technical support issues in our Community, and either a member of our Community or one of our support agents will respond online. Just click the New post link on this page. You will be prompted to login with your RealNetworks account email and password.
If you do not already have a RealNetworks account, you will need to create one before you can post in our Community: click here to register.
NOTE: Everyone who posts in a community thread is automatically subscribed to receive any subsequent comments via email. If you want to stop receiving notifications on a thread in the Community (once your issue is resolved), simply open the thread and click the Unfollow button at the top right of the first post in the thread.
