If you do not see RealPlayer in Control Panel > Programs and Features, it means that the application was not installed properly. You will need to over-install and then uninstall. To over-install, go to www.real.com and download and install the latest version. Then, follow the instructions above to uninstall.
You can reinstall the current version (RealPlayer 2020) by going to www.real.com.
If the issue you're having continues to occur, we recommend doing a clean uninstall—in addition to following the uninstall instructions above, you should also delete the application folders. NOTE: Deleting these folders will remove any playlists you've created; the files will remain in your library but the playlists will need to be re-created.
