Downloader doesn't work!
Although I've reinstalled the app several times, it still won't download videos longer than 30 minutes or longer.

In order for us to assist you with this issue, please specify what happens exactly when you attempt to download a longer video. If you are getting a particular error message, please let us know what it reads or attach a screen shot - see: Sending a screen shot to Technical Support (Windows)
Also, please let us know what browser you are using, what your Windows version is, as well as the RealPlayer version installed - see:

I have a similar issue except for me it won't download anything. I was using the version that came with my new Dell PC and it worked great. The little popup would appear and I could download the video. I, then, got an upgrade to a newer, paid version and whoops...once installed I am not able to download anything, not even by trying to copy a link and pasting it into the field. So what great new thing am I paying for?????

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

I am brand new to this program. I purchased the pro version for $39.99 and I can't get it to download anything at all. I'm using Google Chrome on a very nice Dell computer using Windows 10. My computer is perfect. Whether I copy and paste the link or I use the widget on then actual wrb page, it just keeps saying that there is no video to download.
I asked my friend, who has been using your software for 15 years and highly recommended it, and he said he can't get any of his videos to download either.
What is going on? This $40 software is completely worthless so far. Can you help me or do you just want to go ahead and give me my money back?
