I want to speak with a human
I like the program but everthing is way to confusing for me. Saving stories, editing stories, finding my uploads on my pc library, adding photos from my cloud to a story I am editing. These are issues I am dealing with and they are driving me crazy. I upgraded to premium thinking it would make things easier but the issues remain. Please, can I speak with someone who can walk me through these things.

The newest version is unstable it crashes and burns after you record several different audio streams from the bus, the prior version did not do this. Can I go back to the last stable version of the program. Please reply to dmlong@uno.edu.

I was able to download most videos and all of a sudden the blue download button comes up and says no video found, I've tried copying the address to the downloader and it doesn't help

Can you please download any video from a non YouTube website and let us know if you are able to download?
Example - www.vimeo.com
If you are able to download from a non YouTube website but not from YouTube, it means that they are blocking downloads and the issue is not the Downloader.
Please confirm anyway.
