no videos to download

Tried command prompt in folder realdownloader then typed videol.exe -U

this did not work.

  To resolve this issue, follow the below article:

  Once done, try updating the RealDownloader manually by following the article:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/214170087

  Tried all suggested and once AGAIN no results. Whats up?

  Tom,

  We have identified the download issue and resolved it. Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.
  
  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
  2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
  3. Repeat step 2 once more
  4. Restart your PC
  
  This will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.
