DVD Burning

My realplayer/Realtimes DVD Burning has been disabled. I paid for burning DVD videos and it has worked fine til now,but for some reason it has been disabled. I tried everything in the tips and still nothing.I don't  understand why???!!

  where can I download the media decoding software because I cannot burn files to DVDs?

  All of sudden, I'm getting a message saying - I don't have decoders in my systems to burn videos. The tips do not work at all. I don't understand why there is not a number for tech support. What can you do to correct this issue immediately ?  I have tried everything for 4 days now.  Please respond and support.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback/ DVD burn. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try burning the videos again.
