    Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Support regarding the inability to play videos because RealPlayer stopped working.

    As you know, this issue was related to a recent Windows 10 update.

    We're happy to let you know that Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit:

    I just purchased and installed RealPlayer.  It's not working for any DVDs.  I tried the download that was suggested to fix the bug - I can't even install the download.  Do you have other suggestions? At this point, if there is no fix, I want my money back!
