no audio on playback

 Real Player was working fine.  Then lost audio.  Have audio on sample.  The one about the hamster.  No audio on anything I have saved.  Tried the various stuff you suggested.  Nothing helps.

  This is more a Windows issue than a RealPlayer issue.

  All my MPEG-4 files do not have any audio on RealPlayer.

  However, when I convert the file(s) to Windows Media Video File, the audio can be heard.

  Robert,

  Can you please do this and let us know what happens?

  1. Open RealPlayer.

  2. Go to the video in your library and right click the video and click Locate file.

  3. This will open the folder where the file is stored in your PC. Right click on the video and click Open With and choose Windows Media Player. 

  Please let us know if you are able to hear the audio.
