This is not good, I paid $39.99 for the upgrade to the Real Player, I still have proof of payment on my Bank card. I can't download videos on facebook. Why take someone money, when it's a problem. this is the only way to get in touch. I feel you all should make it you'll business to get back to the customer as fast as you accepted the money.
