Web video safe search option

I use this feature a lot, but recently (actually just today) i was trying to change the safe search option from "moderate" to "strict" but it won't do it. I have the latest version of the player running on Windows 10 and use high speed internet from Comcast. What might be causing this?

  To resolve this, close RealPlayer, clear your browser cache, and reopen RealPlayer. To reset the web browser, follow the below article:
