user manual or equivalent available?

I've been looking for a way to download C-SPAN videos from their archive, It looks like Real Player is it. But I don't see a User Manual (or equivalent "help" facility, so I don't know how to download a video once I locate it and can watch it. Some download packages (like "ClipGrab" only require that the URL be copied from the browser address bar and then pasted into a "Grab This Video" or equivalent user input box. But I don't see anything like this on Real Player. This ,of course, is a very elementary query, and it has probably been submitted previously; I appreciate your forbearance.
