I have real player 2020 and when i download a video the download this video shows a picture of the video but then it does not show me the process of the actual video downloading also the download this video does not show in internet explorer when i put my mouse over a video. However sometimes if the video downloads the download this video does not show a picture of the video it just shows a gray picture

  I followed the instruction to update real downloader and it work when in youtube but not when i am on a another page and window pops up showing searching for your video

  Please note: You can't download videos from all websites. Certain websites don't allow their content from being downloaded. 

  That being said, Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
