Cannot access my saved libary
Cannot access my libary, I click on Libary an nothing happens. Has been like this for several days. I don't want to pay for this service if it does not work.

It is quite possible something is wrong with the library database.
Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
