RealPlayer Downloader

I'm having a problem with using the downloader ver. 18 and 20/20.  I've uninstalled and re-installed three times my free versions I have and it always does the same thing. After loading up a video in Firefox I use the blue/yellow button and click the download.  Each and every time I do, a window comes up advertising an upgrade for RealDownloader Express for some dollars?!?  I haven't been able to download a video anymore and I'm wondering what's going on.  Can anyone help??

  There are additional steps involved here that are in addition to your normal reinstall.

  If the issue persists, please let us know.
