Update Payment

Sometime from 2020, Real Player requested for a payment, just to get an update with more functions, giving the 50% of discount for Real Player members using paid version. On Feb 01, 2021 I did the payment of $24.99, just to get the update and to download videos again, but nothing happened, the money was taken from my account, but I could not download videos, and the update was not installed as well. Now if I want to get an update, it still keeps asking for $24.99 dollars, I want to see what to do, or just find the way to get back my money, I get the email confirmation for the payment that was done last Monday.

I’m using some other free software to download videos.

  We see an active RealPlayer Plus v.2020 under your gmail address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
