My pc crashed and I lost everything.   I need my recent paid premium real player put back in my pc.  (Acer)

  We are not seeing a paid account under your gmail address. Is there a different email address associated with your paid account? If yes, you will need to sign into RealPlayer with that email address so it activates your paid features. Here are instructions to sign in:
