No Product License Key

When I paid the $4.99 monthly fee for the upgraded Real Downloader I did not receive a 23-digit Product License Key in any of the 2 emails I received.  What am I missing?

  There are no 23-digit license key that we provide. To activate your Premium features, you will need to sign into RealPlayer. Here are instructions to sign in:
